I‘m not sure if this is the place for sharing but I am doing it because I feel I need to. The first couple of days after our group call I was really fired up and the weekend was super productive for me but today I just feel STUCK. I realised that I am pretty organised and disciplined when it comes to my short term goals but there are a few big, long term goals that I‘ve been successful avoiding since 2-3 years now and every time I am about to move towards them I literally start feeling sick, like physically sick. I feel that there is a knot in my stomach. Literally. That’s where I am today. That’s also when I start noticing my negative self talk getting louder and I start feeling small and helpless. I feel unable to break through the wall of fear. I remember John saying on the call that what we resist the most is what we actually need to work on (sorry I can’t remember the exact words) or as Carl Jung said „Where is your fear, there is your task.“…… Frustration. Fear. Resistance.

Hi everyone, Are we supposed to post our 3 short term and long term goals here? And I even remember John saying something like he wants us to post a pic of our work space/desk/area? I understand that we need to set goals by using the SMART formula and go in detail in order to set ourselves for success however I am not entirely sure about who do I need to share all my detailed goals with? Or is it just for myself? It would be cool to hear from you all. I wish you all a successful day!!
