CrossFit is great, but not for everyone. Make sure you read online reviews before you go. I highly recommend to go one that doesn't offer judgement on whatever level of fitness you are at. If the gym takes the time to talk and listen to you, you should be ok. Also visit at peak hours and see what the crowd is like. The one I go is great and has around with the same owner since 2006. I have seen others come and go since. Hope this helps
